Product Manager @ Full Stack House

image

Join Full Stack House as a Product Manager to keep complex software projects running smoothly — coordinating across design, development, and content while owning the big picture.

The position is hybrid — remote with flexible hours, but we'd love you to join us 1-2 days a week in our Poznań office for collaboration and team syncs.

Salary: 8.000 - 16.400 PLN / month (50 - 100 PLN / hour). Contract type: contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) or VAT invoice (B2B).

What You'll Do

Roadmap & Project Dashboard Ownership

  • Build and maintain a unified project dashboard showing status across dev, design, and content — with clear owners, status, and dates
  • Create and maintain a Gantt-style view of all major workstreams and dependencies
  • Proactively enforce dependency management — ensure earlier work is truly locked before later phases begin; prevent designers and devs from working out of sequence

Day-to-Day Project Coordination

  • Keep the project board updated so everyone knows what we're shipping this week
  • Chase dependencies across design, content, and ops so developers are never blocked
  • Own the release calendar and manage the overall work plan and timeline — coordinating how cross-functional teams integrate and making sure everyone is aligned on who's doing what and when

Product Analytics, Bug Tracking & Reporting

  • Own a metrics dashboard showing project health from both a build and user standpoint — strong preference for someone who can build this themselves without needing dev support
  • Ensure core events are tracked and displayed: trial starts, activations, subscriptions, churn, key engagement signals, daily/weekly active users, time in app per user
  • Be proactive about identifying what other metrics we need to track
  • Track incoming user feedback and bug reports, translate those into tasks for dev, and coordinate on how/when they get fixed
  • Send a weekly product snapshot showing whether changes are helping or hurting

Product & Growth Support (depending on the project)

  • Research competition and market landscape
  • Design landing pages (structure and copy, not visual design)
  • Set up analytics, marketing pipelines, sales funnels, and customer support workflows

What We're Looking For

Our perfect match would have:

  • Experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in software/tech
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and tracking systems (Notion, Linear, spreadsheets, analytics tools)
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g. Linear, Notion, ClickUp, Jira, Asana)
  • Strong understanding of software development workflows and dependencies
  • Excellent communication skills — you can get information out of people and keep everyone aligned
  • Very good English (written and spoken) — we work with international clients
  • Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what needs to happen
  • Analytical mindset — you're comfortable with metrics, data, and identifying what matters

Nice to have:

  • Background in SaaS, e-learning, or subscription-based products
  • Experience setting up marketing/sales pipelines
  • Basic understanding of design and development processes

Who We're NOT Looking For

We want to be upfront — this role isn't for everyone, and that's okay. We're probably not the right fit if you:

  • Avoid AI and automation — we actively use AI tools to work smarter, and we're looking for someone excited to do the same
  • Are looking for a "chill" gig — we're a small team where everyone's contribution matters; we need people who genuinely engage with their work
  • Prefer to just "pass messages" — we need someone who understands the work deeply enough to make judgment calls, not just relay information
  • Wait to be told what to do — we need someone who sees what's falling through the cracks and fixes it before anyone asks
  • Struggle with ambiguity — our projects evolve, priorities shift, and you'll need to adapt without getting paralyzed
  • Take ownership conflicts personally — you'll be coordinating people who all care deeply about their work. Managing that requires diplomacy and thick skin

About the Projects

You'll work on diverse projects across different industries. Our current focus includes:

  • An e-learning platform for students preparing for standardized tests — featuring video courses, guided learning paths, practice exercises, and AI-powered recommendations. This is a complex, multi-phase build with design, dev, and content teams that need tight coordination.
  • Our own sports-focused SaaS application for organising tournaments and rankings
  • Various client projects ranging from MVPs for startups to feature expansions for established products

About Us

We're Full Stack House, a small but growing software house that started in November 2023. Our team includes Jacek Tomaszewski — a full-stack engineer with 15+ years of experience, and a few other talented engineers and designers.

We noticed many software agencies fail to deliver quality work efficiently. That's why we built our own — focused on good code quality, solid development processes, and modern tools. We care about craftsmanship and believe that great product management is what turns good teams into great products.

We're small enough that your work will have real impact, but experienced enough to support your growth.
